Matt Dumouchelle
Matt Dumouchelle is a contributor to The Coaches Site and is best known for his series Hockey Factories, where he takes a deep dive into how some of hockey’s top development programs in the world train and develop elite talent.
Each feature includes interviews with coaches, players, along with support personnel, and provides the reader a behind the scenes look at how these organizations build alignment and a process for nurturing some of the game’s top talent.
He also serves as Assistant GM of the 2023 Sutherland Cup champion, Leamington Flyers of the Ontario Junior Hockey League and Assistant GM of the Flyers Hockey Academy.
Matt is father to Evelyn and Crosley and step-dad to Madison and resides in Windsor, Ontario.
