Jorrell is ready for the increased responsibility he’ll encounter in his new role. “This promotion truly means the world to me,” he says. “Growing up, discussing finances in my family was very taboo. All we knew was that we didn’t have as much as everyone else did. So, when I first came to Mitlin it was my mission to educate the families we serve and give them a place to have those tough conversations around money. Being promoted is a testament to me working hard and doing the right things.”
