Meet Josh

As the Director of First Impressions, I am instrumental in making sure the families we serve have a positive experience.

My role is centered around being a dedicated resource, understanding both the professional and personal needs of our families. I firmly believe that going the extra mile is essential in creating joyful experiences and cultivating long standing relationships.  

With a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and business administration from the New York Institute of Technology, my foundation in providing exceptional service was laid during my college years, where I had the privilege of working with a luxury hotel brand.  This experience has seamlessly transitioned into my tenure in the financial services industry, spanning over a decade.  

I am deeply committed to ensuring that every interaction leaves our families feeling heard and valued. 

Spending quality time with family and friends is very important to me. When not cheering on my favorite sports teams, I enjoy playing basketball, tennis, and golf. I love the beach and my favorite cuisine of choice is Greek.
